To buy something on Shopgate, you need an iPhone and an internet connection over WLAN, 3G or Edge. In a view steps you are ready to discover the whole universe of mobile shopping:

The first time:

(1) Download the APP
Search for "Shopgate" on iTunes. There you may download our Shopgate market place or else one of the single brand apps of our shops. You may also download the apps on iTunes.

(2) One single registration for all shops!
Isn't it boring to register each time when visiting different shops? - That's what we think as well. Therefore once you have registrered for Shopgate you are directly connected to all our shops at once! In the registration we mainly need your email, your delivery and your invoicing address as well as a password to secure your account. Please also read our data privacy statement here. Then register here.

Once you're registered it's sooo easy:

(3) Select merchants and products
Once you're registered please scroll through all merchants, categories and products you like! Or search via our search function.

(4) Confirm your purchase with a click and a password
As soon as you've found your product just click ond "buy" and confirm the order with your password.

(5) Delivery by the merchant
Your payment is settled on an interim account. Once the delivery has been confirmed the merchant receives your money. This makes Shopga highly secure!

There are already many good scanners barcodes or QR codes in the App Store. Ask your merchant if he offers vouchers for in his mobile app or in the Shopgate app!

The next Shopgate update will include a great new feature: the catalog scanner. So you can easily browse through the connected catalogs. Revolutionary: You will be able to scan a single page of a catalog. Thanks to the built-in image recognition software Shopgate shows directly to the page in the catalog with the option to order the products there any order them directly!
