Payment on a Shopgate settlement account + secure payment methods = 100% security when shopping mobile

• Payment is due on an interim account of Shopgate.
• Shopgate settles the money at the merchant account, if a valid delivery confirmation is available.
• If you do not receive the ordered goods or services we ask you to contact us. The Merchant will then be informed and - if necessary - excluded from the Shopgate platform. We will then find a solution with you.

We offer the following payment methods: credit cards (VISA/Mastercard), sofortüberweisung.de, ClickandBuy and bank transfer.

Please note: some payment methods are only available in certain countries. For some articles or payment volumes we may not offer credit card for payments.

sofortüberweisung.de is the TÜV certified payment methode by Payment Network AG and is recommended by Shopgate, in every case your online banking information is available. With sofortüberweisung.de you trigger a bank transfer immediately during the order. For this payment method you need:

• Your bank sort code
• Your online banking login information (PIN or Password) as provided by your bank
• A transaction number (TAN) as provided by your online banking provider / bank.

You don't have to register at sofortüberweisung.de. Your data are processed in the secure payment form of Payment Network AG and not saved anywhere. The main benefit for you is an instant notification of the merchant and a faster delivery as compared to normal bank transfers.

You may also pay your orders at Shopgate with VISA or Mastercard. This is the most comfortable way to pay on Shopgate.

On the first order only (!) you need to register your credit card with the following data:

• Credit card holder
• Credit card number
• Credit card check number
• Validity of your credit card

These data are not stored at Shopgate but at the international, PCI certified payment company Ogone. For the money settlement Shopgate works with Concardis a joint venture of German banks and leading acquirer in Europe.

Bank transfer

Your order will be processed within 1-3 days at earliest.

You may pay your order via bank transfer and send the money to the account we communicate via Email after successful order confirmation. Because we do not receive a real-time payment confirmation the order can only be processed when the money is settled at the receiver bank. This may mean that dispatch takes place only 1-3 or later after your order.
