At DMEXCO, attendees can visit the Shopgate pop-up booth to test out our complete suite of omnichannel solutions through a live shopping experience!
The Shopgate booth will be interactive, allowing attendees to experience the customer journey from start to finish with Shopgate client DIGEL. By stepping into the shoes of the consumer, visitors can get a real-life example of the seamless experience that Shopgate’s omnichannel solutions provide.
The Shopgate Booth Concept
In the DMEXCO booth, the room will be divided in half, with one side illustrating the Shopgate ENGAGE experience, where visitors can lounge and shop on inviting couches in a living room environment. As “customers”, attendees can place their order either on the web or mobile shopping app. Both will show example products of DIGEL that will be used during entire ordering process and also special cases like buy online, pick up in-store (BOPIS) or reserve online, pick up in-store (ROPIS).
Once the order is placed, attendees can move to the other half of the booth, which will reflect the in-store experience, with a closet and counter for BOPIS and ROPIS. At the counter, visitors can get a live demo of Shopgate’s RELATE and DELIVER solutions, including its integrated scanners, printers and tablets. Shopgate’s omnichannel experts will be on-site to explain all the capabilities in this authentic shopping environment. At the end of the customer journey, visitors will receive the item they “ordered” during the demo.
