Working with Shopgate has been excellent from the start: We received comprehensive support and were able to bring our app project live exactly as planned within just three months. The initial results speak for themselves: the app already generates around 13% of our online shop revenue. We see great potential and are jointly planning further features. Shortly after launch we rolled out the subscription model and our own native extensions are in progress. Among other things, expansion to additional markets is currently on the agenda.

We also enjoy easy customer outreach through the structured push notification system. Very helpful is the fast and competent customer service at Shopgate. For every concern we receive timely feedback with proposed solutions. Additionally, the dashboard handling is clear and transparently designed.

We are thrilled that we were able to go live with our individual and modern TeeGschwendner app within a short time. In contrast to our previous app, which was no longer being updated, working with Shopgate enables us to quickly restart and professionally implement this omni-channel. The project management team supported us closely from onboarding to go-live. Now we can delight our customers with a user-friendly app.

that the new software could resolve the previously existing problems in the fulfillment process.
For this, we had a comprehensive workshop at our headquarters in Nuremberg at the very start of the cooperation. This way, Shopgate could speak directly with the
people involved in our house and individually address our needs.

The app has become an integral part of our sales channel mix. After particularly strong growth in the first months following the launch,
we now generate 20 percent of our annual revenue through the app.
