A sea of packages

Our world is a world of parcel shipping. If you stacked just the number of cardboard boxes shipped in 2020, based on standard sizes, on top of each other, that tower would reach a height of 39 million kilometers. For comparison: the Moon is only 384 thousand kilometers away. That's already cosmic dimensions — and cosmic challenges for retail. And of course also for our planet. Because every parcel in transit generates not only high costs but also climate-damaging greenhouse gases. In general, as convenient as shipping goods to the doorstep is, it brings retailers enormous challenges, too.

The challenges facing retail

Complicated logistics processes

While customer expectations continuously rise, the structures in the background also grow. These can quickly become confusing, complex and error-prone.

Benefits are not being used

Despite proven infrastructures, many established retailers still find it difficult to effectively use their developed strengths in competition. This is a clear disadvantage in the battle with online retail.

Rising costs for service providers

More and more packages roll over the streets and rails of our country and need more and more hands to help them along. Service providers usually pass these costs on to retailers 1:1.

Last-mile as a "black box"

Where is my package?! This question accompanies all retailers who ship goods and items. And it can't always be easily answered. Because especially the last mile remains a black box.

Desire for more climate awareness

How do you ship goods and products without burdening the climate? It seems almost impossible. And yet customers today expect exactly this from retailers: sustainability without compromising service.

Rising costs for processes

Not only do costs rise for service providers — your own structures also cost retailers a lot of money every day. Whether it's personnel costs, training or storage space. Efficiency is the order of the day.

Our solution

But these challenges can be overcome.
With one solution — and many good ideas.

Save shipping costs with omnichannel solutions

Let's be honest: turning a single screw isn't enough to drive fundamental change. You need to look at the bigger picture and rethink processes from start to finish.

01. Store availability

Show your customers in real time which items are available in which store and make the goods visible online. This not only reduces slow-moving stock.

02. Click & Collect

Give your customers the option to order and pay for goods online and pick them up in the store the same day.

03. Click & Reserve

Some customers want to research and reserve mainly online. But they still want to "experience" the items before buying. With Click & Reserve, you offer them exactly this service.

04. Ship-from-Store

Ship goods and products directly from your stores and rely on decentralized shipping logic. This way you make effective use of your existing infrastructure and reduce the need for central warehouses.

05. Return-in-Store

Allow your customers to drop off returns directly in the local store and thus avoid costly return shipments via parcel carriers.
